- TTI Header’s are constructed of 16 gauge mild steel tubing, mandrel bent on sophisticated computer controlled bending machines for precise fit and uninterrupted exhaust flow. The mandrel bending process maintains a constant inside diameter of the tube for a smoother finish with no restriction of flow and no crimping of the tubes.

An independent test performed on the Westech dyno chassis using our Complete 5.7 Hemi Truck System (TTI 1-3/4″ Header, Cat-Back Y-pipe Assembly and 3″ Exhaust System), showed an incredible gain in horsepower and torque over the factory stock manifolds and exhaust.
